GENERAL

The training, documentation and any other information accompanying this License whether on disk, in read only memory, on any other media or in any other form are licensed, not sold, to you by Truvincio for use only under the terms of this License, and Truvincio reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. The rights granted herein are limited to Truvincio's and its licensors' intellectual property rights and do not include any other patents or intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise specified, access to the Truvincio program shall be for the duration of the subscription period. The use of the documents provided with Truvincio services are not tied to the one year license and may be retained as required for the lifetime of the organization.

PERMITTED USES AND RESTRICTIONS

This license allows you to use Truvincio training and documentation. Truvincio training shall only be used in the form in which it is provided. The training can be accessed at any time, for any length of time, as often as required for the duration of the license. The document templates are ‘boilerplate’ templates, for your use to modify as necessary or desired to meet the needs of your organization. Regardless as to how you may adapt these documents, the documents, less any substantive changes, remain the intellectual property of Truvincio. The documents may be reproduced as necessary for the specific business use of your organization.

TRANSFER

The training and documents are provided to your organization and your organization only. They shall not be shared, exchanged, duplicated, sold, modified for resale, or in any other way transferred to anyone or any organization.

CONSENT TO USE OF DATA

You agree that, consistent with the Truvincio Privacy Policy, we may use your information to provide service to you, to improve our service to customers or to improve our business processes. This consent does not constitute the authority to sell or transfer your information for marketing purposes.

TERMINATION

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Truvincio if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the Truvincio program. If the License was terminated for failure to abide by the terms of the license, you agree to dispose of any copies of document templates or derivatives thereof.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Truvincio warrants the services we provide through the duration of the license. If the services to not meet the requirements of your organization, you have 15 days, from time of purchase to request a refund.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of Truvincio services and documents is at your sole risk and is not guaranteed to make your organization compliant with any law, rule or regulation. No oral or written information or advice given by Truvincio authorized representatives shall create any additional warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Truvincio be liable for any damages, indirect or consequential, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Truvincio services or your employees failure to follow the recommendations or policies set forth from those services.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Truvincio services licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter, with the exception of any additional terms and conditions you procure directly with Truvincio. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Truvincio.

Truvincio guarantees 100% satisfaction with its services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will provide a complete refund of your money.
